BURGERTEN’s humble beginning was as a ghost/virtual concept that was mainly focused on takeout and delivery as a way to generate more revenue for our existing restaurant Dahlia Mexican Kitchen, during the difficult times of the year 2020 and the inevitable shutdowns that forced many businesses to close their doors for good. Many concepts came to mind, but we decided to go with burgers because we thought we needed a theme opposite to Mexican to attract those looking for something our restaurant didn’t offer.
This burger was beyond juicy, seasoned to perfection. The sweet potatoes fries were a crunchy and salty goodness. The onion rings were gourmet style and the right crispy. Didn't have any room to try their delectable shakes but I hear they're amazing. Must try this restaurant.
